- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 cups quinoa
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mixed corn and carrot
- 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 2 pcs green chili, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
