In the spirit of fun and appreciation, we’re holding an Instagram contest for the entire 2016 called The Chamba Awards! Here in Manila Eat up HQ, whenever we take photos and/or style something, we’d often joke that we just got lucky in creating that money shot (and sometimes we do get lucky).

So we thought of creating this friendly contest to foster creativity without taking life too seriously.

Mechanics are simple: Every month, we will pick one winner which we will repost on @ManilaEatUp Instagram gallery every 1st day of the following month. Winner gets a small token of appreciation from us for joining the activity. All you need to do is take your usual food photos, post them on your personal Instagram account, and use [hashtag] #ManilaEatUp, and#BestinChamba. You can post unlimited entries! Participants have to be in the Philippines to qualify.

Every month, we will post the winners on this website as well as the runner-ups. So to everyone who are planning and willing to join, eat lots, take those shots, and have fun!
