There’s Room For Everyone At The Coffee Room

On the 3rd floor of Hollywood Square, West Avenue in the exciting land of Quezon City, lies a room that is sure to give everyone a dose of caffeinated sunshine and happiness. And that place is called The Coffee Room.

Owned by sisters Lady and Steph Badoy, the quaint coffee shop boasts of cozy, charming, and creative interior supplied with ample natural light that will encourage you to stop and smell the roses. In the world of social media, we can definitely say that every nook and cranny of the place is Instagram-worthy.

We love the play of subtle and bold colors with touches of nature which can be found throughout the cafe’s interior. Since Lady and Steph are also the owners of Boqueria Lifestyle Market, they also sell some of their finely curated dinnerwares in the shop.

Since it’s named The Coffee Room, it’s a given that they have a good number of drink options for the coffee lovers.

They have Espresso, Americano, Latte, Mocha, Caramel Latte, and Viet-Style Ca Phe which are all available in both hot and cold options. Our ultimate favorite is their Viet-Style Ca Phe. It’s their version of the Vietnamese coffee which is sweetened with condensed milk.

Aside from coffee, they also have assorted Cold-pressed Juices which they make fresh everyday. One of the non-coffee drinks that we love is their Homemade Ginger Ale. Totally refreshing especially on a hot day.

Selections of salads and sandwiches are also available which go perfectly with any of the drinks that they offer. We know that taste is subjective but let us share with you some of our picks.

The Asian Toss with Roasted Sesame Dressing is our top pick in the salad section. We love mandarin oranges and tuna flakes in salads, that’s why.

Their Spanish Sardine & Feta Cheese and their Grilled Cheese with Onion Balsamic Marmalade are few of the sandwiches that we truly enjoyed. We paired them with their Homemade Ginger Ale and Hot Chocolate respectively. Our number one pick among the sandwiches is their Grilled Chicken Pesto. The addition of the grapes in the sandwich added that sweet and tangy taste which made it more flavorful and fun to eat.

Oh, Affogato tell ya about desserts! There’s plenty Smores of these where it came from!

To sum it up, our visit to The Coffee Room was a win in our book. The drinks, the food, and the overall vibe of the place made the trip to Quezon City worth it. When you go check it out, look for the red door.
